This unique opportunity to initiate a joint project between a private restaurant owner, a property owner and the City of Chico with public street improvements will include a  sidewalk dining patio at one of Old Chico's original structures. This downtown gateway location is the original location of Chico's founding father, General Bidwell's General Store.
