We are a relatively small and mostly local architecture firm specializing in commercial, retail, and industrial design and planning.

We can create something from what seems like nothing or we can improve what was something that just needs a new outlook.

We have experience in medical, educational and even a few residential projects of special environmental interest.

For the last several years we have concentrated most of our time to developing the Chico Downtown community for exposing its retail, commercial and urban planning potential.

We rely heavily on our computerized office standards to produce 3d and 2d drawings in the latest versions of AutoCad Architecture and Google SketchUp for production sets that are fast, flexible and easily transferable to other consultants or archived record sets.
